 SHIPPING / RETURNS / ORDER INFO

US SHIPPING 

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 48-72 hours, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through UPS, and occasionally USPS when necessary. After leaving our facility, UPS typically delivers in 5 business days for standard shipping. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Some items may ship in separate boxes, but will not require additional shipping charges. 

PLEASE NOTE 

during the busy holiday season and sale times, orders may experience a slight delay due to an increase in order volume.

Once the package has left our team and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.


Please note UPS Ground allows more security but does not guarantee faster delivery. International Orders may incur a customs charge which Eyllek does not assume responsibility for. At this time, we are unable to ship to APO addresses, PO boxes, and freight-forwarding companies. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you. 

Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to forwarding company addresses at this time. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be cancelled automatically by our system.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

The Eyllek team works hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. Once payment for your order is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means no changes can be made to your order once it is placed.  

ORDER ISSUES 

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@eyllekskincare.com  so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement or a refund. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the duration of their shelf-life.  

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES 

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging and use the pre-paid return label enclosed in your order. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost and $5 for return shipping will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Eyllek is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Eyllek, Inc. Skin Care.  

PLEASE NOTE 

We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers. Due to COVID-19, we have implemented a no return policy as we are committed to doing our part to ensure the well-being of our customers and employees.  

GIFT RETURNS 

If you are wanting to return an Eyllek product that was given as a gift and you are unsure where the gift giver made the purchase, please package the product(s) safely and ship them to the following address using the shipping method of your choice within 30 days of receiving the gift:

Please include a note in the package with your email address, otherwise the credit cannot be issued.



Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the return in the form of store credit. We are unable to fully cover the cost of return shipping, but are able to add an additional $5 to help. Please obtain record of sending the return. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. Please have the return posted within 10 days of reaching out, otherwise we will not be able to process the return.

PAYMENT 

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Illinois, and Texas. These may change without notice depending on regulations.

All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.
